Advocate Joginder Poswal practises before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and advises Indian and cross-border businesses on data protection, corporate compliance and consumer law. He was among the earliest practitioners to publish operator-grade guidance on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and his written work is cited widely in DPO circles and by in-house counsel navigating the Act's consent, DPIA and breach-reporting mechanics.
