Every certification on this catalog is authored by people who file, defend or audit compliance in India for a living. Lessons are written from the statutory text — DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, Companies Act 2013 as amended, the four Labour Codes as they operate from 21 November 2025, SEBI LODR and PIT with all thirteen amendments through 2026, the RBI Master Directions, and the international frameworks (SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, ISO/IEC 27001:2022) that Indian firms actually get audited against. Where a Supreme Court or High Court judgement is load-bearing, we cite the paragraph number, not just the case name.

You will not find case-law summaries copied out of a coaching-institute booklet, or "Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000" written in 2026 when the section was repealed by DPDP. What you will find is what your compliance inspector is going to check next quarter, mapped to the exact clause and to a working template you can save and use.
